Abstract

This research discusses the cultures television in its relations with the outlying communities, it being understood here by crops television production processes of practical ways of techno-communication channels and flows generated in the production, circulation and consumption of cultural products television. The TV is viewed within the Brazilian public sphere in its role of giving visibility and contributes to the discussion of political and cultural issues relating to these communities. From this perspective, the research is to understand the central issue discursive strategies with which the Globo TV constructs proposed pacts symbolic, sets and produces senses of outlying communities in the Central de Periferia and within the framework of the heap Lata velha from Caldeirão do Huck.
