This text presents the personal trajectory of the author during her process of study and research on Brechtian practice, with the aim of contributing to the understanding of the book "Sobre a profissão do ator" (“Über den Beruf des Schauspielers”) by Bertolt Brecht and the Brechtian epic theater in general, for the public interested in investigating this proposal in practice.
