Arquivo Público do Estado da Paraíba: bases para a gestão documental

Abstract

It refers to the participation of the Public Archives of the State of Paraíba (APEPB) in the 4th National Week of Archives, through the Roundtable called Public Archive of the State of Paraíba: bases for document management, held on June 9, 2020. It intended to disseminate the actions planned by APEPB, throughout information based on the essential instruments for the implantation of Document Management in Paraíba, highlighting the creation of the Permanent Document Evaluation Commissions, the application of the File Diagnosis at the organs and entities of the State Executive Branch, and the need for training of the involved public servants in that process.
