DIVERSIDADE E DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE ANFÍBIOS ANUROS EM MATAS DE GALERIA DO DISTRITO FEDERAL, BRASIL

Estudamos a composição e riqueza de espécies de anfíbios anuros em matas de galeria, dentro e fora de duas unidades de conservação do Distrito Federal, Brasil durante 11 meses. Foram registradas oito espécies o que parece constituir um padrão regional. A abundância e composição de espécies foram maiores dentro das unidades de conservação. Aplastodiscus perviridis e Bokermannohyla pseudopseudis apresentaram baixa tolerância à degradação dos ambientes, representando bioindicadores de qualidade para esses ambientes. Os troncos caídos, a ocupação humana e as poças foram as variáveis mais importantes para explicar a variação das comunidades ao longo das matas de galeria. Hypsiboas goyanus apresentou forte relação com a ocupação humana e troncos caídos, apresentando-se como uma espécie oportunista. A presença de poças e alagados representou importante atributo para explicar a distribuição e abundância de Aplastodiscus perviridis. A repartição da variação total da taxocenose mostra que a estruturação espacial não é determinada apenas por variáveis do ambiente, sendo que 20,3% da variação foram explicadas pelo componente puramente ambiental, enquanto o componente puramente espacial explicou 8,3% e o componente ambiental estruturado espacialmente, 15,5%. A maior parcela da variação total da taxocenose não foi explicada pelas variáveis explanatórias (55,9%).
