Over the past few years, ISIS has been the focus of global events, including the Middle East strategic area. Syria's internal armed conflict has been a context for widespread and systematic violation of human rights, humanitarian law and the growth of the activities and the formation of terrorist groups. Among these terrorist groups, there is the Islamic State of Iraq and the Syria or (ISIS) which has emerged in the Middle East since 2013 and is sponsored by some of certain Western and Arabic countries. ISIS terrorist group, by claiming the establishment of Islamic regime in Iraq, through implementing actions far from human values, has committed crimes which cause pain for the soul of every freethinking human.
