Resumo
The scenario described by the recent theoretical conceptions about innovation reflects a moment of transition from industrial paradigm to knowledge paradigm. A great expectation is arisen over the individuals responsible for defining contexts, promoting innovation and identifying opportunities. In the interest of approaching a wider concept of the entrepreneurial process and the understanding of this activity on the individual and group levels, the review promotes a discussion about the synergy between the competency and the inherent individual traits, as well as its insertion in team work, based on the dimensions of the knowledge typologies.Downloads
