Approach of some problems in contemporary challenges to the social construction of knowledge from paradoxes generated around the concepts of knowledge, information, culture and information society. The article proposes problematize a concept that has become common sense: that the technologies automatically relieve the man of repetitive work and allow access to information and knowledge.
