Neoliberalism assumes characteristics that go beyond mere economic policy, rooted in society as a logic that penetrates and is rooted in all social relations and in all spheres of life. This economic policy has been producing, at ever-higher levels, precarious work, and precarious workers and, above all, ways of life ruled by precariousness. Thus, it is the central objective of this article to analyze the process of production of these precarious ways of life, instituted by neoliberalism and, at the same time, to point out the reaction that is rehearsed by the precarious ones, like the great manifestations that occurred in Europe, in particular, Portugal, Spain and Italy, as well as pointing to the possibilities of organizations arising from this context.
