Abstract

The general aim of this article is to research the strategies for children and teenagers egress of the foster care service within the high complexity of the unified social assistance system, by encouraging the creation of a support network for egress of the foster care service by age of majority, with the formulation and implementation of specific policies for the care of young people. The specific goals involve analyzing the legal structure of the right to family and community coexistence and the assurance of assistance for children and teenagers egress of foster care service, explaining the strategies and care services for egress of foster care of children and teenagers service in social assistance public policies for children and teenagers and researching the databases about foster care for egresss of social assistance services. The research problem asks: how it provides the assistance to the egress of the foster care of children and teenagers service within the high complexity of the unified social assistance system? The approach method is deductive and the procedure method is monographic, with bibliographic and documentary research techniques. As main results, the study notes the need for gradual preparation for the disconnection of foster care service of children and teenagers, with an individualized look at the characteristics, as well as the need for the existence of a republic in all municipalities or regions and a network of joint training so that teenagers can be provided with the best possible development.
