The politics of Microcredit as means of externalization of the Solidary Economy, and consequently, as the institute foundation of socioeconomic development are elements critical to leveraging the integration of population in the scenario of the Capitalist System, from a standpoint of commitment to the humanization and development of a society justice and solidarity, according to Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988. Law is a legitimizing pillar of microcredit, particularly in the expression of two of its most relevant aspects: the principle of solidarity and the right to economic development. Microcredit is configured as means of assuaging the economic and social underdevelopment, especially as a factor in valuing man work. Thus, it is not configured with ephemeral policies that aim only to silence the social catastrophes for a short time, without worrying about its real and intriguing origin. By demonstrating the interconnection between Law, Economics Solidarity, Socio-economic Development and Microcredit, it is synthesized the manner in which this entanglement is conceived and implemented, characterizing it as an extremely effective way to work in the scourge of underdevelopment, especially in respect to the embodiment of human dignity, freedom of initiative and solidarity.
