CALL FOR PAPERS: PROLÍNGUA JOURNAL, V. 20, N. 1 (2025).

Since the 1960s, in the academic field, different theoretical approaches have been developed to observe, reflect, describe and analyze this political dimension of language in society. In this sense, this monographic issue includes works that address research with a glottopolitical perspective and/or in the area of ​​Language Policy and Planning, discussing language management, ideologies, beliefs and practices through the analysis of (meta)linguistic instruments and regulatory devices, teaching materials, legal devices, heterogeneous discourses such as essays and journalistic articles, linguistic landscapes, language exams, among other possibilities in which language policies take shape.

 

Deadline for submission of manuscripts: April 30, 2025 via the journal's website

Submissions will be accepted in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
