Extended Deadline - Call for original papers V. 20, N. 2 (2025): Cognitive and Sociocultural Aspects of Linguistic Variation

The papers submitted to this issue must either report empirical research on phenomena of linguistic variation at one or more levels of analysis (phonological, semantic, lexical, grammatical, as well as speakers’ perception and attitudes towards language varieties), using the theoretical framework of Cognitive Linguistics or studies at the interface between Sociolinguistics and Cognitive or Sociocognitive approaches to language. Reviews of work on the subject of Cognitive Sociolinguistics may be accepted, provided they have not been published previously.

Papers must be submitted in both Portuguese and English and formatted in accordance with the journal's guidelines.
