This paper aims to analyze the multimodal aspects of autistic children's language in interactive contexts of negation, from the multimodal perspective of language, in which gesture and vocal production are two facets of the same meaning matrix. Methodologically, it is a qualitative and quantitative study, in which data were extracted from the observation and analysis of the interactions of three autistic children aged between five and six years old, participants of the Autistic Spectrum Study and Care Group - GEAUT / UNICAP. For transcription, the ELAN (Eudico Linguistic Annotator) software was used, which allows audio and video transcription simultaneously. The data showed a semantic and temporal synchrony of different multimodal aspects of language: "gesture", "vocalization / prosody" and "look" in the negative statements of autistic children. Among them, motor stereotypies, gaze deviation and back-turning were characterized as peculiar multimodal aspects of “no” in autistic children.
