THE APPRENTICESHIP FIELD IN LIBRARIANSHIP: the students, teachers, and librarians’ glance, on the concessive institutions

Abstract

It is treated of research on curricular apprenticeship based in the trainees' and their supervisors perception, in the quality of organizational politics concerning the apprenticeship programs, and also, in the integration with the disciplines seen by teachers of Librarianship Course of Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO). With that, the profile of the ideal apprenticeship, constituted by the involved groups, should be the indicator of the best institution to work as a trainee in Librarianship. The curricular apprenticeship is part of the professional formation and aided by legislation and academic instruments that support the students' participation. However, few studies analyze qualitatively the process and the relationships generated. The data were collect through forms of qualitative character. It aims to promote the communicative integration between students and teachers of the Course of Librarianship of UNIRIO as well as of the professionals that act in the concessive institutions of work as trainee. Finally, the research should motivate in the companies the adoption of apprenticeship practices that you/they accomplish the legislation and value the formation, looking for the complementation of the trainees' learning, and guide them to the market.
