Abstract

A case study concerning the dysfunctions of information flow from an archive of a private’s company Financial Department. As technical and methodological procedures was used the 5w2h,to identify and to analyze the causes and the pointed effects as responsible for the dysfunction,being suggested an internal consultant’s participation to sensitize and to promote changes in the system of information management.
