Abstract

ABSTRACT This research describes Ergonomics as an efficient solution for the promotion of information services within the University Library. It seeks to understand the human being interacting with the elements that surround them, providing security and satisfaction to people. It analyzes Ergonomics in the Information Security in the aspect of cognition, perception, legibility, and attention aiming an improved transmission and reception of information that occur with humans in various situations in their daily lives. It presents security measures for the considered mental processes so that the Informational Ergonomics can be a way to guide people and to recognize other rationales in order to produce a consensus, making them more informed to achieve their objective through a major element in nowadays, which is the accurate and secure information.
