Editorial Team
Editor-in-chief (EIC)
The EIC is nominated by the collegiate of the Graduate Program in Data Science for Business for a two-year term. The EIC coordinates the editorial process and takes ultimate responsibility for the quality of the journal, since the EIC has the final word on the accepted and rejected documents. The EIC is responsible for evaluating articles submitted in the first instance (desk review), and can then forward them to SE, AE or summarily reject the submission. The EIC is also responsible for planning editions, special editions, invitations to renowned authors for specific production and editorial development.

Seniors Editors (SE)
The SEs are nominated by the EIC, subject to approval by the collegiate of the Graduate Program Data Science for Business. SEs have the role of appointing associate editors, managing the panel of reviewers and, at the request of the EIC, taking responsibility for editing specific articles. It is also the role of the SE to ensure the speed and general quality of the evaluation process of submissions to DSBR.

Associate Editors (AE)
The AE are nominated by the EIC or the SE, subject to veto by the collegiate of the Graduate Program Data Science for Business. The AE has the role of properly distributing the submissions among the panel of reviewers, respecting the adherence between the specialties of the evaluators and the content of the submission under analysis, and monitoring (follow-up) the progress of the work and meeting deadlines.
