“PSICOFÓBICO?! EU!?”
UMA ANÁLISE DA PSICOFOBIA NA PERCEPÇÃO DE RECRUTADORES ORGANIZACIONAIS

Today a large part of the population fit into some kind of mental disorder. Observation of this growth, brought up with the concept of psychophobia, which is defined as the prejudice against people with mental disorders. Given this reality, the means of enrolling in the organizational environment is affected and is possibly contingent on the decision of a recruiter. This article aims to analyze the position of the human resources manager on people with psychological disorders during the recruitment and selection process. The research is exploratory, using qualitative approach, from semi-structured interviews and projective technique, given the sensitivity of the topic. After collecting the data, a content analysis was performed in order to code and categorize the groups of the thirteen participants of this study. As a result, 3 (three) categories were found that show feelings of empathy for others, but there is a presence of impartiality and predisposition to psychophobia. Understanding these results will contribute to a new outlook at the issue of inserting these people in the job market.
