Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is unleashing an unprecedented social, economic and financial crisis across the globe. Leaders around the world are concerned about how to face the challenges of returning to work in this post-pandemic context. Given this, how can the HR manager achieve results that provide continuity and business growth during the crisis and at the same time take care of the mental and emotional health of employees? The leader must have the courage to be the first to show the way. You need to be more available to listen and support, facilitating communication. The people we are caring for today will help to rebuild the future.
