Abstract

This article aims to reflect on the concept of Cosmopolitanism and the ideal of the constitution of a Perpetual Peace, taking Kant's works as the basis for a contemporary reading of the migration problem. We start from a bibliographical and interpretative research that allows us to reflect philosophically the political and social problems that affect contemporary man, jeopardizing his rights and his dignity. Kant's idea of the existence of innate and universal rights generally coincides with what we today call the Fundamental Rights of the Human Person, which on our theoretical basis is based on principles and values that enable a person to participate fully. of life, guaranteeing him the preservation of his dignity in a universal way, with no geographical limits to justify inequality and injustice.
