Objective: Analise the association between lifestyle, including the practice of physical activities, smoking and alcohol consumption, and the adherence to the preventive measures relating Covid-19 regarding the LGBT+ population. Method: Transversal study, which included 975 respondents to the online LGBT+ health research. The dependent variable was the adhering to the prevention methods related to Covid-19, including the correct use of the masks and the respect to the social distancing measures. Regarding the independent variables, they included the lifestyle, considering the physical activities practice, cigarrete consumption and alcohol consumption. Results: The statistical analysis showed that the individuals that smoke (OR = 0,54; IC 95% 0,35-0,85) presented smaller odds to wear the masks correctly; and those who smoke (OR = 0,55; IC 95% 0,38-0,80) and present a non frequent alcohol consumption (OR = 0,66; IC 95% 0,46-0,96) and frequent consumption (OR = 0,53; IC 95% 0,31-0,91) also presented a smalles chance do adere to the social distancing measures. Conclusion: These findings reinforce the need to develop strategies to the comprehensive care os the LGBT+ comunity health, due to the fact that this comunity is marginalized by society.
