Abstract
Objective: The objective of the study was to apprehend the perception of residents and preceptors about their roles in the Multiprofessional Residency in Family and Community Health (RMSFC). Method: A study with a qualitative design was carried out, using the technique of focus groups (FG) to produce the data. Eight preceptors and eight residents of the RMSFC participated in the focus group. The FGs were carried out between August 2015 and March 2016. Thematic content analysis was used to analyze the data corpus. Results: It was observed the involvement of workers in the exercise of preceptorship and the appreciation of the RMSFC in the territories in the perspective of the qualification of the work process and the production of care aiming at its integrality and resolution. The interaction between the subjects contributes to the (re)construction of roles and their recognition in the practice in the health service of multiprofessional teams and the RMSF. Conclusions: Roles are permanently (re)constructed as a function of a complex network of personal and organizational factors that influence this construction. The RMSFC was perceived as a space where all the actors involved learn continuously. The creation of spaces for dialogue is configured as tools for the construction of knowledge, which contributes to a better understanding of the roles and their actions.
