Abstract

This article discusses the worker’s subjectivity in the quotidian situations where resilience is one of the alternatives to improve working conditions under a flexible production system. We pick up a few elements of this environment which lead to reflections and conclusions on the subjectivity of the assembly line workers from automotive industries and their suppliers located in the Metropolitan Area of Curitiba, in the Paraná State. The principal aim is demonstrating that the daily work at a flexible work environment has a direct connection with a resilient attitude. Based on a direct research which promoted the interpretation and analysis of semi-structured interviews, the results try to contribute to a deeper understanding of the worker’s subjectivity in situations considered adverse in the quotidian of flexible work.
