Abstract

The present research called in question if the working fronts would be public politics performed by the State who would be granting working places to the most wanting persons, aiming at minimizing the unemployment aftermath. The study was divided into three parts. First, we analyzed the significance of the dignity of the labourer, and then focused on the analysis of the right to decent labor, encompassing the vision adopted by the International Labor Organization. Finally, it was found that the working fronts, to be implemented by the Brazilian government as public policy, embodying the labor or, rather, they are materialized in the form of decent labor. As scientific methodology, it was adopted the deductive method, dialectical and historical-sociological, and as the research technique was used in the literature. Therefore, we infer that the Working Fronts are unconstitutional illegal and unethical, that transform the human being into a “dischargeable object” in the ambit of the Capitalist System, he is even discarded by the State who concretely disregard his dignity as a human being and a hard-working man.
