Abstract

This paper addresses the problem of capital crisis in Brazil in 1990 and its implications on workers. From authors, mostly from the Marxist camp, seeking ownership of the categories that guided the movement of construction of the object in both its historical and theoretical dimension. Indicates that the transition from the twentieth to the twenty-first developed countries were affected by an economic crisis that has resulted in what is conventionally called the "structural crisis of capital. " This period is referenced time the year 1970 culminated in a wave of instability and uncertainty, reflecting the Latin American countries, particularly Brazil. The ripple effects were felt not only in the retraction of the formal workforce, but also the accentuation of plural forms of "atypical work", which gained prominence outsourcing and informality, in addition to instability and deregulation of the labor market.
