The field research was based on qualitative method by means of interview and analysis ofthe workers speech on their job conditions. From the more important findings we could assert that union representation power is weak, therefore temporary job, lack ofhuman resource development politics, multi-functionality abilities ofworkers, who have to be able to do everything, flexible and extended working day, strong competitiveness between seller workers, reduced number of employees, especially within medium size companies constitutes the main problems experienced by commerce workers. For them there is few possibilities to face those problems by collective bargain in a way that minimally benefit the weaker side of capital-labour relation.
