Abstract

This article analyzes the outsourcing of the Agencies of the Banco do Brasil S.A. The aim is to know to what extent this flexibility of the labor relations incorporates items claimed by the 'recent' Decent Work Agenda of the International Labour Organization (ILO), or even, on the other hand, the "epidemic" of the outsourcings makes more challenging the labour world. The conjecture is that the Banco do Brasil has been presented an increase in the subcontracting/outsourcing and it does not only contributed to deterioration of the labour conditions, as well as opposes to the Decent Work Agenda.  The study includes a secondary and field work. The field research was conducted with the managers of the agencies, permanent employees, Union Workers Bank and outsourced in the state of Paraíba.  The results confirm the hypothesis of the study when demonstrate the various meanings and forms of precariousness.
