Abstract

This article aims to reflect on the effects of outsourcing services in the public sector over outsourced workers. It is a case study whose focus is a public university of Paraná. From methodology that involved the use of questionnaires, we outline the profile of outsourced workers, their perception of their condition of outsourcing and working conditions. The data allowed us to identify the differences in working conditions and salary of outsourced workers and contracted directly by the university. The discussion that we bring this article points to the idea that this form of employment relationship deepens inequalities between the working class.
