Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the ways of hiring teachers in the government of the state of São Paulo. The text is based on documental and qualitative researches, the latter through semi-structured interviews with the professors licensed in this network. The new vague uberization of labor expresses the absence of: contract, day, guaranteed income and rights linked to it, and, in this sense, the measures of public power are discussed next to those of the companies registered in the gig economy. It is observed that these professionals experience a situation of quasi-uberização, since they have some few rights related to the work.
