Abstract

The present work examines the scenario of great uncertainties generated by the Covid-19 pandemic, where innovative solutions are essential for the survival of organizations, since the new coronavirus, in addition to taking away the status quo of companies, forced them to expose themselves to more different risks. Another fundamental factor analyzed in this study is how decisive is the adaptability and resilience for the survival of companies in the midst of this chaotic environment, which are essential for organizations to remain inserted in the new economic scenario. In this paper we propose to discuss some of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic in the field of Innovation and adaptability in different organizations, through reflections, questions and examples. We believe that facing this pandemic brings us a series of questions that we need to take into consideration, from the adversities and imminent risks that may arise in the future, to how to improve the management of resources in an environment of constant changes.
