This study sought to understand the contributions of the enneagram in the execution of the learning and growth perspective of the Balanced Scorecard system. Thus, using the collective case study method, having its application done throught the interview of three managers who had taken the enneagram course. From the answers obtained, it was found out that the information process subcategory, in the information systems capacity category and the responsibility, autonomy and learning subcategories of the motivation, empowerment, and alignment category, have an indirect interaction with the enneagram. After identifying the position of managers regarding the categories addressed, even if certain subcategories have indirect interaction, the consensus in most of the findings provides evidence of a positive interaction of the enneagram in the fourth perspective of the BSC.
