Abstract

To the light of the changes provoked by the globalization that stirs up bigger transparency and social responsibility of part of the multinational companies, they practice corporate strategies that are going to articulate politics, programs and actions adapted to the conditions of the developing countries as Brazil. The objective of the paper is going to take stock between more of 50 multinational companies from the argument of his behavior in the trial of collective negotiation with unions and union confederations in what concerns the fundamental rights of the work defined by the OIT. For it carry out the argument, an approach for comparative analysis is proposed for discuss the results from the strategic Theory of the Labor Relations. The result of the analysis indicates which are two variables that better explain the behavior of the TNCs in Brazil: the domestic regulatory landmark and the capacity of union mobilization.
