Abstract

This article aims to present some reflections on the Brazilian trade union movement, particularizing the action of CSP-Conlutas and its specificities within the relations of capitalist production in Brazil. We will use a literature review on the subject and some research by other authors, as well as a previous analysis of the material published in the resolutions defended by the trade union and popular organization. Our understanding is that the structural crisis of capital brought impacts to the union organization, which, in the Brazilian case, is aggravated by the very historical conditions of our economic, political and social development, whose examples are the reforms related to labor relations and their ways of working. exploitation of the workforce.
