Abstract

The article is part of a larger research on users of social networks, particularly Facebook, use this platform as a performance space by means of everyday catharsis. We use the sense of catharsis from Aristotle, in a retelling of the stories of these networks, by means of elements of Greek tragedy and its synesthetic uses in contemporary fragmented narrative found in cyberspace.Today, the concept of catharsis also includes emotional release not only by observing the dramas, but the memory of events through, the expression of emotions and its revival of the past.
