Abstract

This article is a reflection on the question of citizenship as an essential element in practices of cultural action and is based on the experience of the "Creation Workshop" developed at the Popular Centre of Documentation and Utilitarian Information (CIPRO in the Baixo Roger district of João Pessoa, in the state of Paraiba.
