Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze concerning the possibility of Marxist analysis of Law. This goal is expressed in its desire to examine the relations between truth and interpretation, through Marx’s thinking. Thus, Law will be approached as a justification discussion of power, in which the main thesis is consisted of to be defined. In other words, the main purpose is not, deliberately, to discuss the extinction of Law and State, on the other hand, the aim is to verify the application of Marxist categories to Law from the relations between truth and interpretation.
