A crise no setor aéreo pode atingir o perfil regulador do Estado brasileiro?

Abstract

Since the last year, the Brazilian aerial sector has been experiencing a crisis, which resulted in the resignation of the entire board of directors of ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency), due mainly to explicit pressure from the Government. It is a sort of interference which is divergent from that postulated by the theoretical model of sectorial regulation, idealized as unreachable neither by political nor economical pressures. This article intends to analyze the extension of this crisis and the consequences it may carry to the regulatory profile of Brazil.
