Identificação documental dos processos crimes de feminicídio na Paraíba

Abstract

Conducting a documentary survey is very important, as it will enable the exercise of other archival processes, such as: classification, evaluation, description and access. This project is linked to the work approved by the Research Support Foundation, entitled "The Men Who Did Not love Women: speeches of those accused of committing femicide in Paraiba State". The project was built from the documentary survey and the identification of types that are inserted in the crime process on the aforementioned project. In addition, this work is part of the research project of scientific initiation of the Archivology course at the state university of Paraíba (UEPB), with the same title. The main objective of this research is to carry out a documentary survey of the documents that form the processes of femicide in the Criminal Forum of Paraíba in the years 2015 and 2016.The methodology is of an applied nature and provides an empirical analysis of the documentary archives of the Criminal Forum of João Pessoa City. The sample is centralized in the study of the feminicide cases in this respective temporal cut. The method of this research is qualitative and the technique used was the documentary, with the addition to the survey of the bibliography on the subject to provide theoretical support. As a result, it identifies a documentary production that takes place in a referred process, as well as the parts that follow compose it, being a document composed of its production carried out by several instances, as well as specific rites of justice, in addition to verifying that the institutionalization of the crime of femicide did not bring with it the creation of a specific type of document referring to it.
