On Archeion Online tracks

Abstract

Shares results of exploratory research on articles and authors present in the 22 editions of the Archeion Online magazine (2013 to 2023), linked to the undergraduate course in Archivology at the Department of Information Science at the Federal University of Paraíba. The field of research was constituted by previous editions of the magazine, where the use of the indexical method and the brauseio technique helped to identify events and constitute the data repository, in general and in its specificities. The trails followed in Archeion Online show a journal committed to the production and dissemination of scientific research and reports of professional experience, in the area of ​​Archiving and, by extension, Information Science. More than 200 authors published in Archeion Online in the period researched, the majority in co-authorship, and more than 40 authors published more than once, with their own authorship or in co-authorship. The magazine remains faithful to its initial purpose of offering a space for disseminating and sharing research results, from undergraduate to postgraduate studies, in order to facilitate the communication of scientific information to those who need it.
