SUMMARY INVENTORY AS A MANAGEMENT INSTRUMENT OF DBD/CCSA/UFPB PERMANENT´S FILE

Abstract

This investigation describes the elaboration of a research instrument for DBD/CCSA/UFPB’s Permanent File. A diagnosis was accomplished being identified the sub documental series of the activities: 000 – Administration; 100 – Teaching; 200 - Research and 300 - Extension. The results demonstrated that: the diagnosis was very important to the description of the sub – series; the presented "summary inventory" was the first to be elaborated in the extent of UFPB, being shown as the most appropriate face the current situation of the file organization. It was recommended the elaboration of another research to contemplate the entire sub - existent documental series in the Department.
