READING ROOM: from the dream up to reality
Abstract
Studies the creation of a reading room in a washing – car named LAVÇAR, with the objective to provide the customers a leisure space, while they await the attendance. The investigation had as methodological approach a quantitative analysis, using as an instrument of data collection a questionnaire applied to those customers that weekly use the LAV’CAR services. The results demonstrate the acceptance and the customers’ satisfaction with relation to the reading room implantation.Downloads
