Authors

Abstract

Knowledge is considered an organizational capital, and in this sense, organizations increasingly invest in training to enable the continued training of their teams, with a view to generating competitive advantage. Corporate universities allow organizations to maintain these capabilities, with themes linked to the organization's vision, mission and purpose. In this contexto, this study aim to map and analyze the scientific production on corporate universities and its relationship with knowledge management and innovation. It is a bibliographic research, of exploratory character and quantitative approach, elaborated from a bibliometric analysis. The method used was the Consolidated Meta-Analytical Focus Theory. The research was carried out in the Web of Science, Scopus and Dimensions databases. The results show a connection between the corporate university theme, knowledge management and innovation. There is a reduced portfolio of scientific publications on the subject, which demands research in the area.
