Abstract

It shows how Information Literacy can contribute to the SDG 10 - reduce inequality, of the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations, using as a foundation the SDG 4 - quality education. It focuses on the LGBTI+ population, justified by the social vulnerability in which it is found. The article seeks to reflect on how Information Literacy can contribute to the 2030 Agenda and the SDG. It begins by contextualizing the 2030 Agenda, addressing education for sustainable development and its contribution to reducing inequalities. It addresses Information Literacy and its relationship with social sustainability, bringing data from the reality of the LGBTI+ population and the situation of social vulnerability, finally correlating with Information Literacy.
