PUBLIC POLITICS FOR MANAGEMENT OF INFORMATION: The case of the community Santa Clara
Abstract
This work is based on a design from the Institutional Program for Scientific Initiation Scholarships (PIBIC) National Council of Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), where it was found that people with social inequalities are exclusive, not only information but also are restricted in the production of knowledge. Discusses the importance of collecting, processing and dissemination of information so that individuals also become producers of knowledge, and share with the rest of the community object of our research community (Santa Clara, João Pessoa, PB). We sought to develop an information process through social responsibility of Information Science. It is the need to engage children, teens, adults and seniors in the middle informational insert these people without seeking information in the information society.Downloads
