The methodological procedures used were: scanning of documents using scanning techniques such as resolution, compression, file size, colors, and recording media; treatment of images through the image editing software Adobe Photoshop CS2; indexing of papers using the Dublin Core metadata standard, and data feed using the CLIO, free software developed by the Laboratory of Knowledge Technology (LIBER) for collections management, which has public and free use. The collection developed is estimated at approximately 420 course completion papers between the years 1990 to 2010, and has researches covering several subjects in the area of Information Science. By this initiative it is intended to encourage replicable projects and practice communities that develop research in the area of democratization of information, helping to preserve the memory, and increase access to information through the web.Downloads
