Abstract

In this paper we seek to discuss the matter of meaning production in the mediatic communication process of tele-information. It‟s analyzed the confrontation between the communication settings of tele-news production and consumption. In one hand we observe the setting of the news fact constructed; and in the other the construction of information and in between the values negotiation by the intercommunicating parts. Two aspects are emphasized: tele-information is a discursive construction and, second, the viewers construct, in parallel, their own news.
