Public school education in the face of the black ethnic issue contextualized from Law 10.639 / 03 should feel challenged to promote pedagogical actions that contribute to the process of occupying space of those who historically are deprived of the great decision-making bodies of society, as well as giving opportunities to those who perpetuate themselves in the placement of the guidelines other looks on the themes in common - public issues. For this, it is opportune to recover Freire (1987) in his postulate on 'pronouncing the world with the word'. Whether it is a spoken word or a written word, such pronunciation is a source of transformation. It is a fact, however, that such an attitude becomes the great 'philosophical nuisance' demanding from everyone a 'philosophical repertoire', as Severino (2013) points out. This text presents the 'exercise of speech' as an important instrument so that with the word shared the peers, although different, but emancipated can build other relations promoting justice (fairness) and dignity.Downloads
