Abstract

Hungrvaka es un breve texto islandés antiguo del s. XIII que narra básicamente la historia de la sede episcopal de Skálholt. Entre otras características ofrece interesantes datos históricos en un contexto local y europeo y hace gala de un estilo literario que deja entrever la presencia simultánea de fuentes escritas y orales. Esta es la primera traducción de Hungrvaka al castellano.
