Empreendedorismo como Prática: o Empreendedorismo Cultural da Prática Festiva do Pagode na Baiano

Marcado tradicionalmente pelo positivismo e individualismo metodológico, o empreendedorismo começa a ser repensado e ampliado teoricamente. Uma das lentes usadas para esta ampliação é a da epistemologia da prática. Apesar dos estudos baseados em prática serem predominantes em diversos temas da Administração (aprendizagem, liderança, estratégia), no campo de pesquisas sobre empreendedorismo esses estudos estão ainda em ascensão em contexto internacional sendo escassos em estudos brasileiros. O objetivo dessa pesquisa é discutir, ampliar e consolidar um entendimento do empreendedorismo como prática. No arranjo teórico, focamos no empreendedorismo cultural e combinamos estudos sobre empreendedorismo com estudos baseados em prática. Empiricamente, focamos no empreendedorismo cultural do setor musical, em especial, o que envolve o pagode na Bahia. Pela sua efervescência no cotidiano das comunidades, nas controvérsias que suscita e nas variações estilísticas que permite, esse estímulo musical pode nos ajudar a melhor entender a complexidade das práticas que são o empreendedorismo. A metodologia da pesquisa apoia-se em uma etnografia estética de uma experiência de empreendedorismo musical do pagode na Bahia.Downloads
