Abstract

Common sense is permeated by the direct link between qualification and job acquisition idea, which links education to the job market from an economic perspective. Furthermore, the expansion of higher education in Brazil and the adaptation to economic and technological transformations search have brought in new actors, such as Higher Education Technology Courses. In order to understand the relationships that have been built, it is important to recognize how the topic has been approached in the academic world, in Brazil and worldwide. Thus, we sought to identify, through a Systematic Literature Review, how Higher Education Technology Courses relate to the Job Market in Brazil and internationally. The analysis indicates differences between the national and international research contexts, but also similarities: the economic view of training is present in both, as well as social nuances that dynamically constitute the institutional technologist image in the job markets they integrate.
